About the AK-47 Wall Art Print: 

This limited edition print is inspired by Bran’s original art piece, "Beat of a Wing Draco". The artwork features a deactivated AK-47, sourced from a conflict zone, and intricately embellished with real butterflies. The original piece was exhibited and sold at the prestigious HOFA Gallery in Mayfair, London.

The piece reflects the artist’s utopian vision where, despite the world being increasingly consumed by human greed disguised as necessity, the delicate flutter of a butterfly’s wings could instigate tiny changes in the atmosphere. These changes might ultimately alter the planet’s trajectory, steering it back to a pristine state where destructive human impulses were restrained, and Mother Nature flourished freely.

In this vision, butterflies are not mere decorations but active participants, transforming the AK-47 into a symbol of life and nature’s resilience. Their life cycle, enacted on the bayonet, represents the potent life force of Mother Nature. The butterflies overwhelm the AK-47, symbolizing beauty and power in the face of destruction, hinting at the latent aggression and immense strength of nature when fully unleashed.
